Radiance Technologies in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Senior R&D Electrical Engineer to lead the development of high-power microwave, pulsed-power, and energy storage systems. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to design, build, integrate, and test advanced electrical hardware, mentor engineers, and drive the full engineering lifecycle from requirements to verification.

Competenze
- US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
- Experience with electrical hardware design through lifecycle.
- Schematic capture and PCB design/layout.
- Hands-on hardware bring-up, testing, and debugging.
- EMI/EMC, grounding, shielding knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
