Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electromagnetics, RF, microwave, or related techs; master’s substitutes for 2 years.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience applying analytical or numerical methods to EM problems.
• Hands-on RF/microwave lab measurements and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead electromagnetic analysis and design efforts.
• Develop and evaluate computational models for EM systems.
• Plan and execute RF measurements and correlate results with predictions.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate EM components.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and communicate results clearly.
