• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• BS in Electrical/Computer/Aerospace/Mechanical Eng or related field with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience across embedded software, FPGA firmware, electronics, RF, test/verification.
• Strong ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams to build prototypes and products.
• Develop roadmaps and translate open-ended problems into workable requirements.
• Oversee tools, capabilities, and processes to mature prototypes into production.
• Mentor technical staff and foster innovation, rigor, and collaboration.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to capture opportunities and write enhanced whitepapers.
