Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in EE/CE/Aerospace/Mechanical with 15+ years of relevant engineering development.
• Strong ability to decompose open-ended problems into requirements.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary prototype and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on multi-disciplinary project execution teams building prototypes and products
• Oversee tooling and processes to mature low-TRL prototypes into production
• Mentor and develop technical staff across the operation
• Support capture of new business through customer interactions and proposals
• Communicate design intent to engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Interact with customers, project leads, and subcontractors to ensure delivery
