Tai Foong USA in Seattle seeks an experienced R&D Chef/Product Development to lead recipe development and industrial-scale applications for Asian-inspired and seafood lines. You will ensure flavor, quality and cost targets align with our brand.

You will work with marketing, production, procurement and QA, translate trends into new products, and maintain detailed records of formulations and processes. Full-time on-site in Seattle's SODO area with strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science or related field.
• Culinary degree or related discipline is required.
• 5–12+ years in food science, culinary R&D or product development.

Responsabilités

• Lead recipe development and testing aligned with product lines.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, procurement and QA to meet requirements.
• Scale industrial applications; optimize flavor, nutrition, and costs.
• Stay ahead of trends and translate insights into new products.
