Vertiv is seeking a Senior Analyst at its Columbus, OH headquarters to join the Americas Commercial Finance team. You will be the commercial engine behind quote finance execution, partnering with Sales and Pricing to structure capacity agreements, negotiate terms, and develop cash flow models that inform deal strategy.

This role requires strong business acumen and stakeholder management to move deals forward with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quote finance function end to end to protect margin and accelerate deal closure.
• Negotiate with customers and structure commercial terms, milestones, pricing, and contract provisions.
• Model cash flows for capacity agreements, large orders, and milestone-based billing; perform scenario analyses.
