Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience with ERP design, configuration, conversion/implementation, and process improvement.
• Functional expertise in Oracle EBS (preferred) or SAP or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including ASC 606 and intercompany accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support post-merger integration workstreams for acquired entities in the Americas.
• Assess ERP platforms, COA, and policy alignment during integration.
• Develop and execute integration playbooks for data readiness and system adoption.
• Define conversion and mapping requirements for data migration into Vertiv ERP.
• Identify and remediate accounting issues during due diligence and integration.
• Prepare integration reports and readiness documentation for executive review.
• Support audits, data governance, and reporting enhancements.
