Graybar is seeking a Senior Quotations Specialist to manage the full quotations process, from request receipt through to submitting the quote to the customer. You will collaborate with Graybar sales representatives, customer service teams, customers, and manufacturers to obtain cost data and craft profitable quotes.

The role emphasizes cost estimation, supplier communication, and timely delivery of accurate quotes to drive sales and customer satisfaction across our product lines.

• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple quotes.
• Experience with quotations and cost estimation is preferred.

Make a difference.As a Senior Quotations Specialist, you will handle the quotations process from the time you receive the request to the time you submit the quote to the customer. You will communicate with Graybar sales representatives, customer service representatives, customers, and manufacturer representatives to gather needed details to create your quotes. You will learn about our product lines and pricing mechanics as well as the computer systems we use in order to provide quotations that result in profitable sales for the Company.In this role you will:Prepare cost estimates of materialContact factories and representatives to obtain cost informationWork with sales representatives and customer service representativesForm relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotationsCompare manufacturers’ bills of material to determine and price any differences for complete comparisonsWhat you bring to the table:Customer service and communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines6+ years experience preferredHigh School education4 year degree preferredShift & Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position starts at $26.26 per hour, depending on experience.The Value of Graybar:At Graybar, we are known for our comprehensive benefits and our employee stock ownership plan!
