Graybar is seeking a Quotations Specialist in Minnesota to manage the quotations process from request to quote submission. You will work with Graybar sales reps, customer service, customers and manufacturers to gather details and create profitable quotes.

The role requires strong customer service, deadline discipline, and knowledge of SAP and Excel. 4+ years experience preferred; high school diploma required; a 4-year degree in Business or related preferred.

Make a difference.As a Quotations Specialist, you will handle the quotations process from the time you receive the request to the time you submit the quote to the customer. You will communicate with Graybar sales representatives, customer service representatives, customers and manufacturer representatives to gather needed details to create your quotes.
