Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a Senior Quest Coach to lead design, delivery and evaluation of improvement work within the Quest Management System. The role focuses on enabling organizational transformation, coaching leaders, and advancing culture through lean methodologies.

Responsibilities include facilitating cross-functional teams, coaching on PDCA and A3 thinking, and delivering strategic communications to executives and staff to achieve measurable improvements in patient experiences

Qualifications

• Lean Bronze or Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or other Lean certification.
• Bachelor degree in engineering, Healthcare, business, communication, organizational development or other relevant programs OR 5 years equivalent Lean experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading/facilitating lean transformation activities, strategic, multi-disciplinary, value stream improvement and A3 thinking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interdisciplinary customer teams and drive QMS outcomes.
• Coach and develop leaders and teams in lean processes.
• Analyze financial, operational, and quality data to guide improvement.
• Lead change management and PDCA/A3 thinking initiatives.
• Deliver engaging presentations and communicate plans across levels of the organization.
