Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Georgia is seeking a Senior Quest Coach to lead design, development, delivery and evaluation of improvement work across the Quest Management System. This role coaches teams, helps shape organizational development, and advances the system’s cultural transformation through continuous improvement methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading/facilitating lean transformation activities, strategic, multi-disciplinary, value stream improvement projects and A3 thinking/problem solving.
• Preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt, ICF Coaching Certification, PMP, Change Management Certification, EQi Certified trainer.

Responsibilities

• Quest Management System. Acts as a role model for behavior aligned with Quest Principles. Facilitates cross-functional improvement work with operational leaders (as assigned) resulting in measurable improvement in customer-driven metrics as compared to baseline.
• Coaching of Others. Removes barriers to work assignments, sets priorities, directs day-to-day operations of assigned members, provides timely, specific feedback.
• Data Analysis and application. Works with stakeholders to prioritize business/ information needs, analyzes trends in data sets using statistical/graphical techniques, supports SMART goals.
• Change Management. Acts as a positive change agent, aligns stakeholders to optimize engagement, participates in PDCA and A3 Thinking around QMS standards.
• Public speaking and strategic communication. Develops and implements effective communication plans, provides coaching and support to other team members.
