Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Solutions Testing Engineer for a full-time role in the USA. You will validate our SaaS-based Quantum Security Posture Management platform against real-world network environments and customer use cases, focusing on end-to-end solution validation from onboarding to reporting.

The role requires 10+ years in networking and security testing, with strong hands-on skills, lab setup capabilities, and clear validation reporting. Remote/hybrid options available.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, including VLANs, routing protocols, ACLs, NAT, and firewall rule design, across multiple vendors.
• Solid understanding of network security concepts, including segmentation, policy enforcement, common misconfigurations, and attack surface risks.
• Experience testing or validating solutions in customer-like environments, such as POCs, pilot deployments, or professional services/solutions engineering settings.
• Strong skills in user workflow and scenario-based testing, with the ability to think like an end customer rather than simply a test-case author.
• Ability to build and manage lab environments, both physical and virtual, representing diverse customer topologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams and write clear validation reports.

Responsabilidades

• Build realistic multi-vendor network environments to validate platform behavior.
• Validate end-to-end user workflows from onboarding to reporting.
• Reproduce customer issues with Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
• Design test scenarios based on CIS Benchmarks, NIST, and compliance requirements.
• Assess platform performance across varying scales and hybrid/cloud configurations.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on gaps between platform and real-world expectations.
• Support pre-sales and onboarding with validation and demo environment setup.
• Document validated scenarios and reference architectures for internal enablement.
• Stay current with customer environments and evolving network architectures.
