Severn Trent in Derby is seeking an experienced quantity surveyor with senior level exposure in utilities and infrastructure. You will manage multiple projects through the commercial lifecycle, including procurement, tendering, cost control, forecasting, change, claims and final accounts.

The role requires NEC contracts experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and supply-chain partners.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with NEC contracts is essential.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through commercial lifecycle including procurement, tendering, cost control, forecasting, change, claims and final accounts.
• Influence stakeholders and supply-chain partners and manage contractual relationships.
• Work with regulated capital-delivery environments in utilities/infrastructure.
