Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor for our IMRDS Mainlaying portfolio, with agile working where possible. You will own commercial performance, lead governance, and drive margin improvement across complex infrastructure projects.

You’ll work closely with operational leadership and Anglian Water to deliver successful outcomes. Your role includes leading and developing the commercial team, overseeing NEC3 ECC/PSC processes, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to

Qualifications

Relevant quantity surveying qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong NEC contracts knowledge (ECC/PSC) desirable.
Proven ability to lead, organise and develop a commercial team.
Forecasting, CVR, cash management and change control proficiency.
Ability to interpret complex contractual/financial information and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the commercial team with clear roles and standards.
Review CVRs, forecasts, applications, cash reporting and cost-to-complete.
Oversee NEC3 ECC and PSC processes and change control.
Lead recovery strategies for withheld value with clear evidence and timescales.
Build senior relationships with clients and stakeholders to present positions and resolve issues.
