Qualifikationen

• Strong quantity surveying, cost management, and commercial management experience.
• Experience administering construction contracts from procurement through closeout.
• Solid understanding of estimating, procurement, change management, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to evaluate contractor pricing and identify discrepancies.
• Experience reviewing change orders, claims and payment applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide surveying and commercial management support for major packages across the project.
• Manage cost planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost reporting, and cost-to-complete activities.
• Review contractor proposals and submissions for alignment with scope.
• Support procurement including bid analysis and contractor negotiations.
• Administer contracts from award through final account and closeout.
• Review and evaluate change orders and potential commercial impacts.
• Prepare independent cost assessments for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop forecasts for committed costs and contingency usage.
• Provide clear commercial reporting to leadership.
