Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor construction program in Boise, Idaho. You will manage measurement, valuation, and commercial reporting to ensure cost control and contract compliance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires reviewing drawings and BIM models, performing quantity take-offs, validating installed quantities, and supporting cost reporting with cross-functional teams including engineering and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Quantify scope of work from drawings, models, and documents.
• Prepare and maintain detailed quantity take-offs and measurement records.
• Verify contractor-reported quantities and support payment reviews.
• Provide estimating support for change orders and tool install takeoffs.
• Perform field measurements to validate installed quantities and progress.
• Assess changes in scope for change orders, variations and claims.
• Assist with cost forecasting and project cost reporting.
• Identify discrepancies between designs, site conditions, and quantities.
• Support contract administration and commercial reporting.
