Job summary

Cumming Group is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Vacaville, CA to oversee cost management for a pharmaceutical client. Prior pharmaceutical construction project experience is required. BS in Construction and MRICS/AssocRICS accreditation are preferred.

The salary range is $120,200.00-$160,266.69 per year with a comprehensive benefits package. Essential duties include estimating scope from documents, leading client accounts, contract review and negotiation, and cost management across all

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical cost management experience is required.
• 5 to 8 years in Cost Management with professional accreditation.
• Strong ability to analyze contracts and provide pricing insights.
• Ability to lead client accounts and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret and accurately estimate the scope of work.
• Develop and nurture sub-contractor, vendor, and client relationships.
• Lead client accounts and manage contract negotiations.
• Prepare sub-contractor analysis sheets for assigned scope of work.
• Evaluate changes and subcontractor change orders.
