Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Vacaville, CA to lead scheduling for a pharmaceutical client. You will develop and manage detailed schedules using Primavera P6, supporting planning through execution on large life sciences projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with complex building projects and exposure to pharmaceutical construction, with the ability to mentor junior schedulers and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Experience with Primavera P6 on large pharma or life sciences projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior schedulers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience performing forensic scheduling analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to critical paths.
• Lead monthly project progress reviews with PMs, designers and contractors.
• Support risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling for projects.
• Provide schedule validation and data reporting to clients.
