Job summary

North East Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing cost consultancy delivering award-winning projects across education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors up to £80m. The role offers flexible working including work from home and development opportunities within a supportive team.

The position comes with a basic salary range of £52,500–£62,500 (DOE) plus benefits such as pension, healthcare and an electric car scheme.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy

Senior Quantity Surveyor - a multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in the North East region. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established project management and cost consultancy delivering award winning projects. They operate across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, residential, commercial, student accommodation, leisure, retail, care and retirement projects across the North East ranging up to £80m.
