Job summary

North East Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing cost consultancy delivering award-winning projects across education, healthcare, residential and commercial sectors up to £80m. The role offers flexible working including work from home and development opportunities within a supportive team.

The position comes with a basic salary range of £52,500–£62,500 (DOE) plus benefits such as pension, healthcare and an electric car scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience working with consultancy or building contractor.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Construction related qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial delivery of construction projects.
• Work closely with main contractors and project stakeholders.
• Provide excellent level of service to the clients.
• Work closely with the company directors.
