Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.
• 5+ years as a Quantity Surveyor or similar on large-scale projects.
• Experience on industrial/data center or mega commercial builds.
• Strong contracts, change management, and cost controls knowledge.
• Skilled in quantity take-offs, estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel and project controls software; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Review drawings, specs, and contract docs for accurate scope.
• Monitor costs, budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and contractual pricing.
• Manage change orders, variations, and cost impacts.
• Track progress and provide cost reports to stakeholders.
• Support procurement and subcontract administration.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining schedule and quality.
• Collaborate with PMs, construction managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Assist in monthly commercial reports and final accounts.
