About The Role
At EKFB we’re shaping infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM) bring expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high-speed rail projects.
We’re recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in the Buckingham area. Due to the remote location of this role, a full driving license and access to a vehicle are required for commuting.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will perform tasks independently and may lead a small team of commercial staff. Responsibilities include preparing and agreeing variation accounts for main contracts and sub-contracts, monitoring costs against targets, managing contract progress, and providing contractual advice to ensure compliance with legal obligations. The role also involves negotiating dispute resolutions, identifying commercial risks, and evaluating control options.
