Job summary

i-Pharm GxP in the United States is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Construction Lead for an initial 12-month on-site assignment. You will measure and verify completed works, review contractor payments, and manage cost reporting in a fast-paced pharmaceutical construction environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of quantity surveying or related role.
• Experience on large-scale industrial, commercial or pharmaceutical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, payment certification and change management.
• Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and GMP environments preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
