Commence is seeking a Senior Quantitative Researcher to monitor CMS/CMMI alternative payment models using Medicare/claims data and patient-reported data. You will design monitoring frameworks, develop dashboards, and generate actionable risk assessments for federal teams.

Work with data scientists and engineers to deliver automated reporting, ML-based anomaly detection, and compelling narratives for decision-makers. Remote position across the U.S.; strong writing and project leadership required.

Formación

• Ph.D. or Master’s with extensive health policy/health services research and 4+ years experience.
• Hands-on experience monitoring CMS/CMMI APMs.
• Knowledge of value-based care mechanics and Medicare/Medicaid data.
• Clear federal-writing ability; proposal-writing experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain CMS background clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Translate model design documents into monitoring specs using CMS data.
• Design monitoring frameworks for CMS/CMMI models and reporting.
• Detect unintended consequences like risk selection and shifts in care patterns.
• Collaborate with data scientists to build dashboards and ML-based alerts.
• Write monitoring reports and risk summaries for model teams.
• Develop technical approaches for CMS/CMMI proposals; lead project roles.
• Mentor junior researchers and analysts; manage priorities and timelines.
• Ensure high-quality reports delivered on time and within budget.
