Commence seeks a Senior Quantitative Researcher to monitor CMS/CMMI alternative payment models, design monitoring frameworks, and deliver actionable insights. You will work with data science and engineering to build dashboards and ML-based monitoring signals, translating complex results into policy-ready recommendations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on APM monitoring experience, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and a strategic mindset to improve health care quality and value.

Formación

• Ph.D. or Master’s with substantial health policy and CMS/CMMI experience.
• Hands-on experience monitoring CMS/CMMI alternative payment models.
• Clear and concise writing for federal audiences; proposal-writing experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into accessible insights for decision-makers.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain required background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Translate model design documents and participation agreements into monitoring specifications using Medicare data.
• Design monitoring frameworks for CMS/CMMI models including measures, data sources and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, automated reporting, and anomaly detection on the Commence platform.
• Write monitoring reports, briefings, and risk summaries for model teams.
• Contribute to proposals and serve in key project roles; mentor junior researchers.
• Manage teams, set priorities, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
