Job summary

Adelphi Research seeks a senior quantitative market researcher with 8+ years of pharma/biotech experience to design and execute complex studies. You will collaborate with sales, marketing sciences, and AI teams to deliver insights that inform strategic recommendations.

You will work on AI-enabled research platforms, improve processes, and contribute to client relationships. A keen ability to train junior staff and lead multiple projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience designing and executing all aspects of pharmaceutical/biotech custom quantitative research.
• Ability to train others on applied best practices in quantitative methodologies such as tracking, conjoint, segmentation, and meta-analysis.
• Experience and/or interest in identifying and testing AI-based solutions to elevate quantitative research processes.

Responsibilities
