Job summary

Adelphi Research | Advanced Market Research Group (AMG) is seeking a Research Scientist/Data Scientist to join our team in the United States. You will work with the Senior Statistician on pharmaceutical market analytics and contribute to AI-powered research tools, performing traditional statistics and developing AI-enhanced methods.

You’ll handle segmentation, conjoint and MaxDiff analyses, message testing, and predictive modeling while building production-ready tools and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in R with tidyverse; or solid Python with ML libraries.
• Experience with regression, clustering, factor analysis, conjoint/MaxDiff.
• Experience handling complex survey data and weighting.
• Ability to build dashboards or pipelines beyond one-off analyses.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced statistical analyses for pharmaceutical market studies.
• Perform segmentation, conjoint/MaxDiff, and predictive modeling.
• Develop AI-enhanced research tools and Shiny apps.
• Collaborate on study design, questionnaires, and analytic plans.
• Create client deliverables: simulators, visuals, crosstabs, and reports.
• Support validation studies for AI methodologies and data quality.
