The role focuses on leading design and management of custom studies, collaborating with clients, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to new business development, with a strong emphasis on analytical communication and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience designing and managing all aspects of pharmaceutical/biotech custom quantitative research.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytic and communication skills, including writing and presentation ability.
• Mentor and train junior staff in quantitative research and pharmaceutical industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage quantitative research studies for pharma/biotech products throughout development stages.
• Partner with clients to deliver strategic insights and recommendations.
• Participate in new business development.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge transfer.
