Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Quantitative Analytics Associate II on the Point of Sale Fraud team to guide risk strategies, perform advanced analyses, and present insights to managers and executives.

You will partner across functions, own end-to-end fraud strategy initiatives, and develop detection tools while balancing customer impact.

A Bachelor's in a quantitative field and 3+ years in fraud/risk, plus Python, SAS, SQL skills, are required.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python, SAS, and SQL.
Ability to query large data and transform into insights.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Interpret complex data to define risk dynamics and opportunities.
Design and implement fraud strategies to protect the bank and improve customer experience.
Identify risk indicators and metrics; enhance reporting.
Provide SME on strategy implementation and risk mitigation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across departments.
Own fraud strategy initiatives end-to-end from problem to post-analysis.
Conduct data analyses to uncover business opportunities and present findings to senior management.
Support development of new fraud pattern detection tools and communicate across functions.
