Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Associate for Regulatory External Data Services to drive data quality and reporting of external data filings. You will develop and execute the product vision, roadmap, and governance, while partnering with cross functional teams to ensure timely, compliant data outputs for regulatory submissions.

You will collaborate with business owners and data owners to define requirements, lead backlog and delivery, and optimize processes for cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience as an Area Product Owner, Reporting and Data Analytics, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles.
• Executive communication, collaboration, and strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in data solutions and technology tools like SQL, Python, AWS.
• Ability to lead and manage projects independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and management of regulatory data and external reporting services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and align with business goals.
• Lead process optimization and cost efficiencies for the product.
• Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product and reporting requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Controls, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business Owners to ensure data quality and support regulatory data demands.
• Serve as a reporting or data SME for banking operations such as mortgage lending, credit cards, auto, and small businesses.
