Chase is seeking a Testing Senior Associate for the Regulatory External Data Services team. You will lead end-to-end testing, develop test cases, and ensure data accuracy for external filings, working with product owners, technology teams, and data owners.

This role emphasizes documentation, risk mitigation, and the proactive use of AI tools to improve testing efficiency while adhering to firm standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Statistics or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in user acceptance testing, risk management, control evaluations, or related field.
• Experience with database systems (Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with SQL (complex queries, large datasets).
• Ability to analyze issues, communicate insights to senior stakeholders, and mitigate risk.
• Ability to communicate regulatory guidance and ensure compliance.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Execute end-to-end testing activities including planning and reporting.
• Document results meticulously and ensure alignment with internal policies.
• Draft comprehensive final test summaries after business meetings.
• Apply testing techniques and critical thinking to identify weaknesses.
• Adhere to firm standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners to design effective test cases.
• Develop and execute robust test scripts to uncover issues.
• Document steps and results with sufficient justification for conclusions.
• Maintain thorough documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Automate testing procedures where possible and leverage AI tools.
