Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to drive pricing analytics and research for credit card installment initiatives. You will apply advanced statistical methods, run experiments, and collaborate across Finance and Marketing to translate insights into action.

You will mentor a high-performing analytics team, balance generative AI with traditional methods, and influence pricing decisions through rigorous analysis and business judgment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as CS, Statistics, Math, Finance, Econ, Data Analytics, or ML.
• 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience in banking strategic analytics.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL; experience with visualization (Tableau) and analytics tools (Alteryx).
• Strong statistical/econometric foundation with pricing analytics experience (elasticity, A/B testing, causal inference).
• Advanced analytics skills using SAS, Python, or R.
• Excellent communication for translating complex models to stakeholders.
• Exposure to enterprise AI, LLM-assisted workflows, or analytics transformation programs.

• Solve unstructured business problems with deep-dive analyses using multiple techniques.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and advanced experimental design to measure impact.
