Job summary

Chase in Wilmington, DE seeks a senior analytics leader to shape pricing decisions through rigorous quantitative methods and cross-functional collaboration. You will mentor a team, drive pricing experiments, and implement scalable analytics processes while leveraging AI tools alongside traditional statistical techniques.

This role also offers opportunities to influence pricing policy across Finance, Marketing and Product, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning).
• 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience in banking strategic analytics.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python and SQL; experience with visualization tools (Tableau) and analytics tools (Alteryx).
• Strong statistical and econometric foundation with pricing analytics experience, including elasticity estimation, A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong advanced analytics skills using SAS, Python, or R.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quantitative problem solving to support key pricing initiatives.
• Apply advanced analytics to drive research, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team with scientific rigor and ethical AI.
• Maintain AI-enabled workflows while prioritizing traditional pricing methods.
• Partner with Finance and Marketing to drive insights into action.
• Design scalable analytics processes to optimize business outcomes.
• Conduct pricing analyses to improve pricing strategies and policies.
• Own and support strategic pricing initiatives with profitability evaluation.
• Solve unstructured business problems with deep-dive analyses of customer behavior.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B and multivariate) to measure impact.
