Job summary

Chase is recruiting a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to shape pricing strategy within the Consumer & Community Banking Data & Analytics team. You will conduct rigorous pricing analyses, design experiments, and lead a team to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires 3+ years of analytics experience in banking, strong Python/SQL skills, and a solid foundation in econometrics and ML. Collaboration with Finance and Marketing is essential, with opportunities to leverage AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, ML).
• 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience in banking strategy analytics with Python, SQL and visualization tools (Tableau & Alteryx).
• Hands-on experience in Python, SQL and visualization tools with ML frameworks.
• Strong statistical/econometric foundation with pricing analytics, elasticity estimation, A/B testing, causal inference and experimentation frameworks.
• Proficiency in SAS, Python, or R for advanced analytics.
• Excellent communication to translate complex models for stakeholders and leadership.
• Exposure to enterprise AI enablement and LLM-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quantitative problem solving and analytical research for pricing initiatives.
• Apply business and data analytics techniques to research and experimentation.
• Lead and develop a team of analytics professionals with rigor and ethics.
• Maintain pragmatic GenAI/LLMs use while prioritizing classical analytic methods.
• Partner with Finance and Marketing to drive results.
• Design scalable analytics processes to optimize outcomes.
• Analyze pricing functionality and customer behavior to refine strategies.
• Own strategic pricing initiatives and perform profit and loss analyses.
• Solve unstructured problems with deep-dive analyses of customer behavior.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and A/B/multivariate experiments to measure impact.
