Job summary

Chase is seeking an Analytical Solutions Senior Associate to design, deliver, and adopt analytical solutions that translate financial data into actionable insights across multiple lines of business.

You will partner with Finance, Analytics, and Technology to create well‑controlled reporting, scalable data pipelines, and repeatable analyses, emphasizing hands‑on development, disciplined execution, and clear communication to accelerate insight generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years delivering analytical solutions, reporting, or data automation in regulated environments.
• Strong BI and data wrangling including Tableau (advanced) and at least one of Alteryx, SAS, or Python for pipelines and QC.
• Strong SQL skills across relational and/or big data systems, including building and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience developing reporting and conducting analysis using disparate data sources with attention to data quality and reconciliation.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation of logic, assumptions, and controls.
• Consistent focus on controls, risk management, and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Clarify business needs with Finance managers and stakeholders and translate into analytical requirements and delivery plans.
• Refine backlog, plan sprints, estimate effort, document assumptions, and deliver outputs with quality and timelines.
• Create and maintain reporting, dashboards, data extracts, and lightweight tools supporting decision‑making with standardization and reuse.
• Build and enhance data pipelines by cleaning, modeling, and optimizing queries across large financial datasets.
• Automate ad hoc queries, quality checks, and recurring reports using tools like Alteryx and Python while maintaining auditability.
• Apply controls and documentation including testing evidence, lineage, reproducibility, and verified data/visualization accuracy.
• Collaborate with Technology to operationalize solutions, deployments, and steady‑state support.
• Produce clear documentation and participate in training to drive adoption and correct usage.
• Measure adoption, user experience, and pain points; propose iterative improvements.
