Job summary

Chase’s MLIO Analytics team seeks a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to optimize Conversational Insights and Coaching products, spanning data analysis, causal inference, and ML techniques across AWS and on-prem environments.

You will develop SQL and Python code, transform data, automate reporting, and present insights to leadership while collaborating in agile teams on new product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a STEM field; 6 years analytics experience.
• Strong programming skills in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Excel PivotTables, PowerPoint, and data wrangling/visualization tools including Tableau, Alteryx and Python Jupyter Notebook.
• Trained in multivariate statistics, regression analysis, Python, SQL and visualization tools including Tableau.
• Professional experience with AWS, Spark/EMR, ChatGPT, Confluence, and Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of regression, clustering, classification, causal inference methods (DD, PM, NN).
• Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLM).

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end data analysis to enhance LLM and GenAI model performance across AWS and on-premises environments.
• Transform complex datasets, automate reporting, and perform business driver analysis to improve operations and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses and identify production flaws.
• Create and present clear, actionable insights to peers, executive leadership, and business partners.
• Proactively investigate and resolve issues in data collection, model development, and production phases.
• Develop SQL and Python codebases, and document data dictionaries and model outputs clearly.
• Serve as a member of agile teams, providing data support for new product development.
