Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on coding using Python, PySpark and SQL.
• Experience delivering BI or analytics solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts in analytics or sales enablement.
• Experience in Agile delivery with cross-functional product teams.
• Proven ability to design, develop and monitor KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across business and tech partners.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with iterative handling of evolving data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable performance insights for Global Liquidity and North America Institutional Sales.
• Build and maintain sales enablement tools providing timely intelligence and recommendations.
• Develop AI-enabled insights and workflow enhancements to speed decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and drivers of outcomes.
• Prototype statistical or ML models to support strategic objectives and measurement.
• Partner with technology teams to define data requirements and scale data models with governance.
• Present clear stories with data and translate findings into senior-level recommendations.
