Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 4+ years of training experience; minimum 2 years in a training role.
• 6+ years total experience in manufacturing/ops or R&D/training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site training to develop and implement programs that support objectives and meet regulatory requirements.
• Direct design and administration of training programs for all personnel levels.
• Create and maintain training materials with subject matter experts.
