Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Training Leader to oversee quality training programs across sites in the U.S. You will design, implement and evaluate training initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and continued development of personnel.

The role requires a strong background in quality systems, LMS proficiency, and experience in manufacturing/operations or R&D training. Travel up to 15% may be required across U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business/engineering-related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience; at least 2 years in training.
• Experience designing and presenting training programs; strong knowledge of quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs across management and departments to achieve effective solutions.
• Design, develop and deliver training programs aligned with company objectives.
• Lead LMS deployment of training requirements across the site.
• Monitor training metrics and report to management on outcomes.
• Coach and develop assigned training staff and oversee performance management.
• Ensure training practices comply with regulatory requirements (GMP/ISO).
• Manage site training budgets and capital projects as needed.
