Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Specialist Training and Coaching to blend customer service SME work with comprehensive training, coaching, and quality monitoring. This hybrid role requires leading regional training initiatives, developing content, and driving continuous improvement.

The position emphasizes post-training feedback, VOC collection, and cross-functional collaboration with the Customer Service organization. This role may be based in NJ with nearby alternative locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in training, learning and development, or customer service.
• Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and LMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to develop training content.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Customer Service SME on internal policies and procedures.
• Lead and facilitate training programs (in-person, virtual, computer-based).
• Monitor quality and compliance; document evaluations and action improvements.
• Analyze data to identify training gaps and measure impact on performance.
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
