You will guide end-to-end quality practices, drive early quality involvement in design, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory readiness and continuous improvement.

You will manage resources, support audits, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions within the EQ

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading quality and compliance for IT systems across SDLC/CSV frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all J&J quality standards and global regulatory requirements are met.
• Involve quality early in design and development with automated/preventive controls.
• Own the end-to-end quality process for systems and drive an end-to-end support model for scope.
• Provide guidance to project teams and align with stakeholders.
• Plan, resource, and manage validation activities for GxP systems/applications.
• Support internal audits and Health Authority inspections.
• Approve SDLC validation deliverables and readiness for production.
• Lead globally diverse teams in an inclusive environment.
• Advocate for J&J credo and diverse workforce values.
• Serve as trusted partner across Enterprise Quality with senior stakeholder engagement.
