Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Columbus, OH is seeking a Quality Technician III to support Food Safety and QA programs. You will perform validation and verification activities during the shift and ensure adherence to the Food Safety Management System in collaboration with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance teams.

This full-time role on 2nd shift (1:30pm–10:00pm) requires lifting up to 50 lbs, line audits, and timely corrective actions, with opportunities to train junior technicians and lead quality

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a science or technical field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, and HACCP/HARPC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and promote a safety-first culture in all activities.
• Conduct line audits and review documentation with production knowledge.
• Apply expert knowledge of quality procedures and plant-wide standards.
• Train and mentor junior quality technicians.
• Lead and resolve quality issues with sound decisions.
• Communicate with vendors regarding quality concerns.
• Assess substandard batches and determine corrective actions.
• Lead VMS audits and support QA plant trials.
