Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring a Quality Technician III in Houston, TX for the Night 3rd shift (Sunday–Friday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM).

The role supports Food Safety and Quality Assurance, performing validation and verification activities across the shift and ensuring adherence to the Food Safety Management System in collaboration with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance teams. The candidate will uphold safety standards, conduct line audits, and apply plant-wide quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science or technical field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, and HACCP/HARPC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and promote a safety-first culture in all activities.
• Conduct line audits and review documentation with comprehensive knowledge of production lines.
• Apply expert knowledge of quality procedures and plant-wide standards.
• Work independently with a high degree of initiative and professionalism.
• Train and mentor junior quality technicians in a collaborative environment.
• Lead and resolve quality issues with sound decision-making, balancing product integrity and financial impact.
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding quality concerns.
• Assess substandard batches and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Lead VMS audits and support QA aspects of plant trials.
