Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Quality Systems Engineer to own quality systems and QMS enablement. You will develop executive dashboards, support the Auros QMS platform, and drive supplier quality initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Your role focuses on improving launch readiness and executive reporting to enable informed decisions. You will partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to translate needs into scalable systems, lead training, and guide

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Five+ years in Supplier Industrialization Engineering, Supplier Quality, or Quality Systems.
Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, DFM/A.
Experience improving quality systems or processes.
Ability to train and support system/process implementations.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint;熟悉Smartsheet, JIRA, Coupa, Tableau.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain executive dashboards for budgets, quality, and launch readiness.
Provide end-to-end support for the Auros QMS platform and user adoption.
Lead lessons-learned and cross-program knowledge transfer via the QMS.
Partner with Supplier Quality and Supplier Industrialization teams on tools/workflows.
Assess and enhance quality systems and processes; remove execution barriers.
Develop methods and metrics to improve launch readiness and issue resolution.
Provide training and user support during system rollouts and vendor collaboration.
