Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering or related field; or demonstrable skill from experience in quality/product engineering.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or quality-related responsibility.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Mechanical/Electrical aptitude to diagnose problems and assess test results; GD&T understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support complex market quality investigations and identify root causes and countermeasures.
• Prepare and present top management reports and technical documents.
• Support cross-functional teams and coordinate market treatment activities.
• Monitor and report on market issues, priorities, and resolution timings.
• Collaborate with QA and Technical Analysis units to improve processes and growth practices.
