• Strong technical reporting, data visualization, and supplier negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to suppliers and manufacturing plants across North America (10-15%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead engineering investigations to identify root causes of vehicle market quality and warranty failures.
• Disassemble and analyze failed vehicle components in test laboratories using precision metrology and data tools.
• Partner with tier-1 parts suppliers, styling, and design engineers to formulate permanent design countermeasures.
• Mentor junior quality engineers on systemic problem-solving methodologies and warranty analytics.
• Produce technical engineering reports and present findings to quality executive leadership.
