American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Quality Engineer in Haw River, NC. In this technical investigative role, you will lead cross-functional engineering teams to identify root causes of market field failures and implement robust countermeasure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex market quality failure investigations, diagnosing electrical and mechanical components.
• Collaborate with supply chain, design, and manufacturing divisions to validate countermeasure effectiveness.
• Monitor daily warranty claims, dealer incident reports, and market failure trends to prioritize quality themes.
• Prepare and present high-level engineering reports to Honda executive leadership and global technical committees.
• Drive warranty ratio reduction and customer satisfaction improvements across assigned vehicle models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive quality engineering, root cause analysis, or warranty investigation.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience reading engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks or CATIA) and advanced MS Excel data analytics.
• Outstanding technical communication, presentation, and project management skills.
