Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of reliability engineering on server compute platforms or high-tech hardware.
• Experience in fast-paced environments similar to a startup.
• Master’s or PhD in Reliability Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of server subcomponents (CPU, GPU, memory, storage, thermals).
• Analytical mindset with test plan/procedure development experience.

Responsibilities

• Define reliability tests to be implemented during manufacturing.
• Drive manufacturing process improvements to address reliability issues.
• Perform reliability prediction of failure mechanisms for products in development and in the field.
• Collaborate with multiple vendors and ODMs to standardize component reliability expectations.
