Amazon's Annapurna AI Servers and Systems team at Annapurna Labs is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to define and execute reliability testing for manufacturing of cutting-edge hardware platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years of Reliability Engineering on server compute platforms or high-tech hardware
• Experience in server technologies—thermal, mechanical, power, signal integrity
• Ability to influence development teams, procurement and external partners
• Meets Amazon leadership principles for this role

Responsibilities

• Define reliability tests to be implemented during manufacturing
• Drive component manufacturing process improvements to address reliability issues
• Perform reliability prediction of failure mechanisms in development and field products
• Develop and execute qualification test plans for critical components
• Monitor manufacturing quality trends and escalate issues
• Work with multiple vendors and ODMs to standardize component reliability expectations
• Lead failure analysis for quality and reliability issues and field failures (>30 days)
