Job summary

Annapurna Labs in Austin is seeking a Sr. Quality & Reliability Engineer to drive reliability tests during manufacturing and to lead test strategy development for Annapurna AI Servers and Systems.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with design teams and external partners, and work with multiple vendors to standardize component reliability and risk mitigation aligned with the product roadmap. Qualified candidates will have 7+ years in reliability engineering on server compute platforms or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering.
• 7+ years of Reliability Engineering work experience with server compute platforms or on high-tech hardware.
• Preferred: Master's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering.
• Experience with server technologies and reliability, test strategies, fast-paced start-up environments.

Responsibilities

• Define reliability tests to be implemented during manufacturing.
• Drive component manufacturing process improvements to address reliability issues.
• Perform Reliability prediction of failure mechanisms, products under development and in the field.
• Develop and execute qualification test plans for critical components.
• Monitor component-specific manufacturing quality trends and elevate issues.
• Work with multiple vendors and ODMs to standardize component manufacturing and reliability expectations.
• Lead failure analysis for component quality and reliability related issues and field failures (>30 days)
